Did this resonate? Let me know!
You guys. Hi, welcome. I am deep. I am swimming. I am luxuriating in. I am surrounded by the energy of change. I think we all maybe are. I think we all maybe are. Even if we're not, that's what this week this is a message from change. Oh, and it's so good. It's so good. Let us all say a prayer that I can articulate this effectively because the message that wants to come through this week, and I have like the craziest pressure in my third eye. Every time I come to write about this, journal about this, talk about this. It just is like, I really, it's so alive in the air. It's so alive. And like, look, I know that it's retrograde season right now. I know that astrologically there's stuff going on that's incredibly rare. And like I really do not know the ins and outs of it. I am not an astrologist. And I know that the energy is supposed to be arguably intense. And I don't know, maybe for some people it is a little difficult, and I'm not trying to take that away from them. I am trying to share with you, and it is my intention that like if you're listening to this, you're receiving this energy. The energy is so it is so, it's so good. It's so good. Like, bring me to tears good. And I just that I want that for everybody. I want that for everybody. But anyway, I am again energetically speaking, deep in the throes of change and new beginning. I really feel like if you're here listening to this and you're resonating, just if you've just been on the journey with me in my show, and just in general, you've been resonating with the messages, or if it's finding you out of the blue today, it's like the energy of change is with you. It has deep messages for you. And I just, okay. Okay, let's go on that journey together. I am your captain today. And um, yeah, let's navigate this. I kind of I'm kind of just gonna cut to the chase a little bit and let you know like what the message is, and then we can unpack it. Again, I like I am in like a vortex of change right now. Sorry, I can't like talk about it without feeling the intensity of it. And it's like it feels good, but it just like it makes me scrunch up my whole body and my face. But anyway, I'm in a vortex of change right now. Maybe you are too. And as I was reflecting on how much my life has changed, one of the things that kept sticking out to me is like, it is crazy how deeply I am feeling this while so much around me hasn't actually moved a muscle. While physically speaking, there is so much that on the surface in the 3D has not changed. And again, change itself, the energy of change itself, kept like poking me in the side, eventually like slapping me in the face, like, yeah, bitch, that's the point. And also, this is the message that's here for you to share with everybody the next time you do a podcast. And so the message from change has to do with what true change is all about. And what true change is all about is being able to stand where you have been standing, maybe where you have always stood, and to be able to have a totally different, likely, self-empowered emotional response, emotional feeling state in that situation. That is how you know that you have truly changed. When all else is the same, but where you used to feel pain, you feel peace, it dies. Like that is it. That is change in a nutshell. And there are just the most gorgeous implications of finding yourself in that energy. Yeah, and I really quickly I just want to say I get the sense that like if this energy, hold on, I need to I need to move really quickly. Okay, as I was saying, I get the sense that if you are receiving this message, it's probably gonna land for you in one of two ways. The first way is it will be confirming for you what you've already been feeling. It will be confirming for you what this energy is, even if you were having trouble articulating it or feeling like, am I interpreting this correctly? Like it will just be confirming what you've already intuitively known to be true. And again, the implications of it are just amazing. If you feel like you are maybe more on the front end of like fully um embodying change in this way, amazing. This, like these messages are essentially going to, it's they're gonna be like a gust of wind. So the message not only like pointing you in the right direction, but it's also gonna be like a gust of wind, like shooting you forward off into that direction. Okay. Um, but anyway, I think it is very human of us to crave change at times. Sometimes we may even crave it desperately and incredibly deeply. And that desire is so true and valid and okay, and there's nothing shameful about it. Where the desire can trip us up is if we are putting the onus on the external circumstance to change in order for us to be satisfied, that's where we can miss the mark. In fact, it's like we will always miss the mark, if that's our interpretation of like, which can be frustrating, right? Like when you're in it, when you are in a situation and you just went out, you're uncomfortable, you're displeased, et cetera. It can be really like even nauseating to hear any sort of sentiment around, like, well, like it's up to you. Like, you're the only thing that needs to change, et cetera, et cetera. I get that. I've been there. I am telling you though, and maybe you already know this. And again, I might just be confirming what you already know. I'm hesitant to say, but I almost, but I really feel convicted in this. I don't know if there really is a greater feeling. Like truly, I have felt my most powerful. I have experienced my growth. I have embodied change the most deeply, the most profoundly I ever have in moments when I realized that I was the only variable that changed. The message from change is like exactly that's the only way you get to know how deeply your capacity to change runs. And there is something so freeing about being able to experience, about being able to look in hindsight and say that like there is nothing, there was never anything outside of yourself that was responsible for how profoundly differently you're able to experience your life. And if there is like resistance to being able to receive even that sentence, I totally get it. Like I'm so serious. I get it. And I'm not asking that you take my word for it. I am just asking that you set the intention and be open to experience what it is that I'm talking about. Ask life to open itself up to show you that, guys. I'm just, I'm telling you. And then obviously, if you know, you know, and if you know what I'm talking about, like you just you get it. You get it. But anyway, I've said this before and I'll say it again. Like, my whole philosophy for how I live my life, like the experiment with which I'm running my life has to do with living it from the inside out, and change is coming through. It is like running through screaming to say, like, this is the essence of that. This is how you know that you've done that. This is how you know that you are doing that, and then again, the implications of that. Because the fun part of this is is like, guys, remember, life is always responding to us. Always. And so change wants you to know when you change in this way, when you are the conscious first mover in this way, it doesn't end there. You better believe that the external has no choice but to reflect that back to you. And it absolutely will. The crazy part is by the time you get there, by the time it's happening, that desperation, that craving, it's it's already been satisfied. And it like it's so crazy. It's hard for me to talk about without wanting to cry, guys. It's that it's that intense, it's that insane, it's that beautiful, and I wish nothing but everyone being able to experience that. Okay. Now, with that as a backdrop, I want to talk about what I would call this, an idea, an advice, a theory that I hear, I don't want to say thrown around because that makes it sound like people say it carelessly. And I don't think people say it careless carelessly. I don't even think that it's something that is untrue necessarily. But there is a phrasing, which I will divulge in a second, but there is a phrasing that I hear often in like the self-healing, self-growth, manifestation, transformation conversations that at times has, I don't want to say has resonated with me, but at times I've been very open to considering that train of thought. And I will even say, like, at times I I've been like, okay, yeah, I feel like this makes sense to me. I feel like this is applicable to the situation I'm in. I've been open to it. But I will say there's never been a time where I have just like deeply had kind of like that that breakthrough, this altered my brain chemistry feeling around the phrasing of this ideology. And I'm specifically referencing the phrasing of it because, you know, maybe the truth of it is resonating with me. It's just the semantics of how people have said it is what has never sat right with me. Anyway, I'm not here to play like true or false, what's right or what's wrong. If it resonates with you, it resonates with you. And I think that's great. Never change. Um, but if, like me, the phrasing of the thing I'm about to talk about has also never quite sat right with you, then I think where this audio is taking us could be incredibly helpful for you. But we'll see. Um, okay. I also want to look at this through a like a specific lens, right? Like I want to have an example as a backdrop to talk about what I'm about to be talking about. And I feel like money is a pretty universal experience. So we're gonna just, we're gonna look at this all through a lens of money. Yeah, we're gonna look at this all through a lens of money. Okay. Rewinding it back to the whole notion that, like, again, if we are feeling desperate for a particular external circumstance to change. Sometimes that can feel, or said a better way, it's like emotionally we can feel very dependent on some quality of the external circumstance changing in order for us to feel a sense of change. When actually what's happening is like that desire for change, again, is real and valid, but it has very little to actually do with the external with the external circumstance. What's actually happening is like that desire is a map leading us directly to where within ourselves we are leaking power. And so hold that thought because I'm about to, we're moving into a fake scenario that I'm making up now. If we're exploring this through the lens of money, the ideology that's never quite sat right with me, oh a hummingbird. The ideology that's never quite sat right with me was this idea that, like, oh, you know, if you want a thing and you don't have the thing, that means that energetically you're not capable of holding that thing. And so through the lens of money, what that would sound like is like if you wanted $10 million and you don't in this moment have $10 million, that's because energetically, you do not have the capacity to hold $10 million. And again, I'm not here to say like true or false. Like taking money out of the situation just in times, if there are things that I've wanted or things that I've intended for myself and I haven't had them. In some ways, it at times that's made sense for me in the past. I felt like, okay, like that could be true. Like, you know, what like energetically, where do I need to expand in order to be able to hold whatever it is that I'm intending for myself? But then there were ways, again, we're moving forward that felt not applicable and I couldn't quite put my finger on it, and now my fingers are all over it. I'm I'm understanding. That is not the end-all be-all lesson. Back through the lens of money. It's like if you were capable of holding $10 million, you would have it in this moment. And since you don't have it in this moment, that means you are not capable of holding it. You know, that's just my interpretation of the semantics of that, of that um idea or phrasing. Maybe my interpretation isn't actually what people are intending to say when they say that. But again, to me, that's how I'm receiving that. If you could hold $10 million, you would have it. Since you don't have it, you can't hold it. If you were given $10 million right now, you would squander it. You would lose it. That's what not ready to hold it sounds like to me. Um, but anyway, I don't think that that's true. I don't think that that's true for me. I actually don't think that that's true for a lot of people. Not that it matters a whole lot, but just for like a tiny bit of context, I used to work in investment management. Financial literacy was a part of my job. And I mean, like I will say, like, no, that's not an automatic translation to like, oh, because I can speak intelligently and responsibly on other people's financial situations, that means that I can do the same for myself. Like, no, I know that that's not like a one plus one or a one-to-one comparison. And I absolutely acknowledge that, like, yeah, those are I like I get that those are mutually exclusive things. You can be really good at managing other people's money and really shit at managing your own. True. The reason I'm bringing that up is to say that, like, if I'm honest with myself, and I am, if someone gave me $10 million right now, I would not go below it. I would not, whatever. And I think again, that that's true for probably a lot of people. And so then how do you bridge the gap between, like, okay, well, if you could hold $10 million, why don't you have it? And the message that came forward for me to consider was what if it's not about your period point blank capacity to hold $10 million? And instead, what if it's about the opportunity to transform the energy with which you would hold it? And once I was offered that to consider light bulbs, fireworks, aha moments, galore. And it all has to do with the message from change that we already talked about at the beginning of this audio. Are you guys with me? Maybe you're not. We're gonna keep going though, and hopefully it'll hopefully the two and two will tie together. Okay. Deep breath. Exhale. Don't think too hard about anything I've said up to this point. Empty your mind. Let's move forward and talk about it. People often think that in order to transform their relationship with things, the thing itself is what needs to change. I want to change my relationship with money, and so in order for that to happen, I need to have a different physical reality with finances in order for that to happen. False. Deeply incredibly false. The message is that. The thing changing doesn't change anything except for the expression of the current relationship that you already have with said thing. Receiving more money, having more money in your pocket does not change your relationship with money. It changes the expression of the relationship with money that you already have. True change, true revolutionizing of your relationship to anything occurs most deeply when the thing itself stays the same, and when you allow yourself to grow beyond a need for it to change at all. Said another way, someone that wants to revolutionize their relationship with money, in this example, we'll say they come from zero dollars, they feel powerless in comparison to money. If that person were to receive ten million dollars, even if this person not only is able to hold $10 million, but even if they're able to grow it to a hundred million dollars in their lifetime, even if they're never financially strapped for cash again in their lifetime, even if they have the means and the money to do whatever it is that they want in their lifetime, at their core, if that person's relationship to money never changed, then that person would still be in a relationship with money where they perceive themselves as smaller than it. Meaning, if they were to lose their money, they would also lose their concept of freedom and their sense of power. Meaning that at their core, they are likely to fear that happening. Probably all of the time, that fear is running automatically in the background. A constant state of uneasiness, a constant state of never-enoughness, a constant state of what-ifness, along with a general sense of emptiness, because truly there is no amount of anything outside of yourself that can ever fill the emotional voids of insecurity. I digress, but the whole point is true change happens. You revolutionize your relationship, you change your relationship with something, and you change it most deeply when you can be standing in the circumstance you have always been standing in in relationship to that thing, and have a different experience of it when you allow yourself to grow beyond the need for that thing to ever change. In the instance of the person having $10 million, being able to physically hold it, right? They didn't squander it, they didn't waste it, they have a lot of money. But they also have more money than they know what to do with, but they also feel this fear, this constant fear of losing it, or this constant fear of it's still not enough. That's a very real thing. And in this instance, clearly the person can hold the money. But again, it's like holding it isn't enough. It's the energy with which the person is holding it. And in this case, because this person never got to experience a change of relationship to money, they are still $10 million later, $100 million later, holding that money with the energy of scarcity and disempowerment, just like they were when they were holding zero dollars. Having more money did not change their relationship. It amplified the relationship that already existed. And so the importance of change, the importance of living your life from the inside out. Imagine you're that person holding zero dollars and where that used to cause you anxiety and stress and insecurity. You change to the point where you can be holding zero dollars and feel trusting and secure and abundant. And if you think that that sounds like bullshit, let me be living proof. Genuinely, let me be living proof. Let yourself be living proof if this is true for you. Because if you can feel incredibly abundant holding zero dollars, then you receiving ten million someday is only going to amplify the feelings of abundance you already feel. If you have the least amount of money you have ever held in your life, if you're in the deepest debt hole you have ever dug yourself into in your life, and internally, energetically, you feel full, you feel enough, you feel confident in who it is that you are, you feel bigger than money, which you should because you are, then you receiving money at any point now and in the future is going to amplify the relationship with money that you've already cultivated. When your bank account looks empty as fuck, when you feel like you have been single for the longest time, you're feeling single as fuck, and at the same time, you feel the most abundant, stable, secure, trusting, and in the deepest energy of gratitude. The deepest, most unshakable sense of knowing and inevitability that you have ever felt in your life. That is how you know you have changed. When nothing around you has changed and you are the lone variable that is different, that is how you know your relationship to that thing has changed. When you don't need it for anything, when you feel how you feel because of just who you know yourself to be at this point, that's how you know you've changed. That is the truth of change. Why that matters is because that is how those things then come flying at you. And then the blessing is you get to hold it with that energy. You get to hold it with joy and presence and fearlessness. You get to hold it from a place of empowerment. You're not holding it from a place where you are questioning your worthiness or deservingness of it. You're not holding it from a place of, well, I'm scared to lose it. I'm scared that I'll break it. Is this what secure attachment is all about? You're holding it from a place of security and knowing that, okay, I have this now and I'm enjoying it. And if even one day I was to not have this thing anymore, I would still be me and it would be enough. I've been there before and it's actually not that scary as I used to think it was. It's it's actually not scary at all. And oh, by the way, having that energy is exactly how you know that that thing will always be energetically attracted to you, and that if you want to, you will always have it anyway. That energy is how you know that if one day you no longer had that thing, it would be on your terms because you no longer wanted that thing. If you are sitting somewhere where you have always been sitting, and intentions that you've had, dreams that you've dreamt, wishes you've made have not yet come to fruition, and you still feel desperate for them. No shame in that, by the way. Consider it the biggest blessing that you have not received those things yet, because now you get to go on that journey to where by the time you do receive them, you won't be clinging on to them with the energy of desperation. You won't be holding on to it, worrying yourself sick, wondering, what if I didn't have this to hold on to anymore? It is a lot harder to receive the things that you want and then get to know yourself deeply and understand that you never needed anything outside of you. If you do not have the things, consider that the easy way. There is still time to shed the baggage. And if you need help doing that, there is nothing I would literally love more in the entire world than to help you do that. Part of this change I'm undergoing is like I have really loved giving readings. I have really enjoyed that. I think that still has a place in my life, but like the number one priority thing in terms of service that I care about doing is literally helping people get to experience what it is I've been able to experience. Helping people achieve internal revolution, getting to the place where they are living life from the inside out comfortably, automatically, and then just getting to sit back and let the external world catch up to the security and abundance and enoughness that they've come to realize already exists inside of them. That's literally all I care about. There are so many literally infinite. There are infinite ways this applies to any situation, to anyone's life, relationships, especially, romantic or friendship relationships, especially. But literally anything, guys. This is the foundation of like everything. And I'm telling you, if you can hack this, if you are already feeling this, just know the implications of this are so like no words are coming to mind because there just aren't any. There aren't words, it's everything. It's everything. Yeah, better yet if like here's one for you. Like, better yet if your situation with the thing you want to change in a certain direction changes in the opposite direction, and you still are just like, yeah, that's fine. Like that, like that is uh, it's it's gold. It's gold. Okay. I'm gonna leave this here. I'm do you know what I'm gonna say? I'll break the fourth wall a little bit again. Last week's episode was my least downloaded episode ever. Literally ever. And, you know, there's a once upon a time where that would have happened, and I would have been like, oh no, this episode flopped. I must have done something wrong. I'm going in the wrong direction, et cetera, et cetera. That's not at all how I feel. I actually feel a little jazzed that that happened because it's like, okay, what an excellent filter. If you listen to last week's, if you listened to last week's episode and resonated with it, and you're rocking with me, we're moving forward and you're resonating with this mess, it's like the messages I think are gonna keep being on this very specific trajectory, especially with like the whole moving into the last half of 2026 and like rounding out this year. Guys, like I genuinely feel like that episode was a filter. And now I'm allowed to narrow the scope and speak more specifically and just go there. Like we're gonna go there, we're gonna, we're gonna get deep because I don't know what all of the messages are that want to come through, that want to come through, but I can I can feel them. And if last week's episode resonated with you, if this week's episode is resonating with you, that's a very solid, promising indication that like, whoo, again, the words are escaping me. Anyway, I'm just I'm excited. I'm excited for you, I'm excited for me, I'm excited for all of us, I'm excited for this vortex of change we're in. I just, uh, it just it feels good. Okay. Peace and love. And that's all there really is, I guess. Peace and love. See you next time.
