It's like what the messages are versus what I'm feeling are two different things.
SPEAKER_00Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_01Okay. Hello everyone. I hope you've been enjoying your August. I have our forecast here for us. Um I'm out on a walk. I wasn't even, I was gonna go like I was gonna record the podcast in a bit, but I'm kind of having a little bit of a revelation around August energy. Um I I pulled the cards, I channeled the messages that each card had. And that was it was clear to me, it made sense to me. And so then I was wondering, I was like, well, why do I like why do I feel a little confused? Like, where is this energy of confusion coming from? I'm like, I'm not confused about what the messages are saying, but there's still this energy of I don't like confusion. And what just occurred to me is like energetically, things are clear, the path ahead is clear, the wind is picking up as I'm saying this. Um like your heart is clear, the way is clear. But if you are trying to understand August's energy and like any of the things that are in store from the level of the mind, then there is going to be confusion. It is going to be hard to understand. And so, yeah, it's just like there's an element to this reading that not that it's like so hard for your brain to comprehend or anything like that, but it's just like the application of some of these things, or um, the implications of some of these messages. The messages themselves may make sense, but how they apply to your life, where they're going to apply to your life, may not be immediately available. That's kind of like you might drive yourself crazy trying to figure that out. You might feel confused and unclear if you're trying to figure, if you're trying to strategize that or whatever. Something about August that's really just meant to be experienced. Yeah, I almost want to say just it feels like everyone is free to just keep doing what you're doing. These messages are here to clue you in on I don't know, like some things you might not be seeing, but not because you need to see them, but just because yeah, just because it's giving you that sneak peek if if you want. So anyway, as I was tuning in for this reading, I was seeing like a person kind of standing before a big orby thing, like a giant, like kind of like like standing in front of a planet, honestly. And the planet I felt like was August, and I felt like the the little person was us, kind of just like about to like step into the world of August. And what I was picking up from that was, you know, usually I go right into what's the primary energetic weather slash the steam for the month ahead. But before even getting into that, I was inspired to ask about where we are right now, like the energy that we're kind of in as we are standing in front of this energy that we're about to enter into. And so the card I got for that was the seven of swords. And you know what? I'm actually even I'm gonna right now tell you what the card I got for the August energy is. The primary energetic weather for August is the six of wands. And so the seven of swords is bringing forward this message of, you know, collectively, I mean individually, but like in this collective, each of us has made a decision to move forward in some way, whether it is like a brand new start or whether it is just doubling down on I am gonna keep moving in this direction. We've made a decision to move forward in some capacity. And we've made that decision from a place of empowerment and clarity. And along with that clarity came faith and trust and moving forward in that direction, right? And it feels like now, as we're doing so, there are these little whispers of, I mean, they're inspired by fear, worry, doubt, but really they're just parts of us looking for affirmation and confirmation that, like, okay, are we sure we're ready? Are we sure we have everything we need? One of the things I was seeing when I was feeling into this is like someone going on some sort of international travel trip for the first time, maybe, and their mom being like, okay, and you have your passport, okay, and you have your debit card, okay, and you have your this and you have your that. And it's like, yes, mom, like I have everything I need. And if I don't, it'll be like, you know what I mean? It's like either way, it's gonna be okay, but like, I yes, I have everything I need. I double checked, I've triple checked. If I don't have it at this point, whatever. Like, like it'll be fine. But we're ready. And Seven of Swords is kind of that energy of like, are we sure we're ready? We were so confident when we decided to move forward. We were so trusting, we were so clear. And now we're in the process of that, and we're kind of, it's like everything's moving forward, but our mind is looking backward to be like, oh, you know, should I have packed my XYZ? I felt really sure that I wasn't gonna need it, but like, I don't know, should I have brought it? And one of the messages coming through pretty strongly with the Seven of Swords is if you put something down with clarity and confidence that you did not need it moving forward, and now you were feeling like like any of that seven of swords energy is creeping up, and you're feeling like, well, maybe I should keep it, maybe I should hold on to it, maybe I should bring it with me. Do not do it. Okay. If you were going through your house, going through your closet, decluttering things, and you were really in the flow of like, yeah, I don't need any of this. I really don't. And you were feeling clear on that, and now you're kind of sitting, it's like you haven't taken all your shit to goodwill yet. But it's sitting by the door, and as you're looking at the pile, you're like, wait, do I really want to get rid of that? Do I really want to take it to goodwill? I could still keep it. I could still keep it. It's like, no. Do not hold on to it. Anything that you chose to put down when you were in the energy of clarity and confidence, do not choose to pick it back up now that you're approaching it from the place of fear and scarcity and lack. Anything that's inviting you to feel that way is just this Seven of Swords energy, which is okay, but we don't need to.
SPEAKER_00We don't need to entertain it in that way.
SPEAKER_01We made a decision to let go of things for a reason. We made a decision to move forward with things for a reason. And if you can continue to trust that, no need. No need to look backwards and be like, oh, well, maybe I should have nope. You're good. And so with the primary energetic weather of August being the Six of Wands, again, Six of Wands is energy of visibility, recognition, and so maybe the way that we're moving forward or the things that we have forgone are contributing to those themes in a way we haven't experienced before. And there's a part of us feeling like, oh God, are we sure we're ready for that? Are we sure we have everything we need in order to be seen in a particular way? Are we sure we can handle that? Don't chicken out now. The answer is yes, and you know that is the thing. I'm just reminding you what you already know. This message is just reminding you what you already were so clear on. Continue to have confidence in that. Yes.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Yes.
SPEAKER_01Right when I looked at the Six of Wands, I was getting that song. I can see clearly now the rain is gone. And it's like I was talking about earlier, you might actually not be able to physically see clearly what's in front of you. Um you might. You might, but um it's like even if you can't see, predict, spell out, draw a map to exactly what happens next, again, energetically, the way has been paved. Your heart knows what's up, your intuition knows what's up. Energetically, the table is set, you're good to go. The path is clear. Anything that's an obstacle in your way will be obvious and navigable. And honestly, I think that more than anything is probably what's subconsciously contributing to some of this Seven of Swords energy because it's like really at this point, the only thing that can get in your way is you, and not that you're going to, but it's just like really the only thing that could stop you at this point is if you choose to stop. And the fact that that's so energetically obvious, if there are parts of you that are afraid of success, sorry, I'm not I'm not laughing at that, but genuinely, if there are parts of you that are afraid of success at this point, it's so possible, it's so in the air that yeah, the only thing that could really keep you from that at this point is you deciding you're not ready, or you deciding that that's not what you want. And maybe visibility or success in certain ways is foreign to you. So there's a smidge of discomfort, a smidge of, are we sure we're ready? The brain doesn't have the proof that it typically prefers to have, which is lived experience evidence that this thing is gonna go a certain way. And that's totally cool, that's totally fine. We don't even really need to dwell on it too much. It's just a matter of understanding that you are absolutely ready, you have everything you need. You were clear on that before for a reason. So again, full speed ahead. If that's what you'd like to do. And we've got the Knight of Cups and the Three of Cups. Okay. If possible, I would look at these cards and feel into which uh like which card you resonate with. And not a huge deal if you can't do this. Maybe you can just if you're not looking at the cards, maybe you can just feel into like which card you're embodying in the situation. Because they're kind of painting a picture, and it's like depending on whether you identify as the knight or one of the people in the three of cups, this message might lean more strongly one of two ways for you, but both are relevant in the grandsteen. So when you look at the Knight of Cups and the Three of Cups together, it looks like the the knight on his horseback is approaching the three women, um, you know, having their little coven meeting, their cups in the air and their abundance at their feet and everything. And so if you are more strongly identifying as the knight of cups in this picture, which I was, I was. Um, and the scene that I was getting when I looked at this was perks of being a wallflower. Is it the homecoming dance? I don't think it was prom, but there's some sort of school dance that they go to. And for a while, he is, as the title suggests, just being a wallflower, kind of just watching his friends have a time at the function. And then at some point he's like, All right, I'm tired of watching them have fun, like let me get in on this. And so that is call to action number one from August.Anywhere where you have been sitting on the sidelines watching people have fun doing something that you really want to do, August's call to action is to get your ass off the sideline and to just go invite yourself to go be a part of that thing. It doesn't matter how literal this applies, it doesn't matter if it involves literal other people or not. It's just like if there is something that you're like, oh, I love watching this person and this person and this person do this. Like in my wildest dreams, I would love to do that. But I just I don't know. I'd rather just consume them doing the thing than put myself out there and actually try it. This is telling you to get your ass off the wall and onto the dance floor and go join in. Stop letting everybody else have the fun. You deserve you deserve to have some fun too. And if this is a really social thing, it's like oh, okay. You know that scene from oh my gosh, they're like all the birds just are out right now. And they're they're just soaring, they're just hovering. There are three hello. That scene from Sam Lot where the mom is like yelling at him to like go outside, scrape your knees, get dirty. Like, please. That there's an air of that to this initial um message, too. It feels like they're gonna be, and you know, I think you know, some of this is gonna be social. I think some of this is gonna be you going up to people and introducing yourself and saying, hi, I'm this. I want to be a part of this. It's gonna be raising your hand for things that you want to try and feeling brave enough to try them. And it's like put yourself out there. Oh my gosh. There's a whole kettle brewing. We got four birds just chilling with us. Five birds. I bet more will keep coming. There's six.
SPEAKER_00Like that.
SPEAKER_01Um, but yeah, some of us, you know, I'm a projector, so I get some of us have to wait for the invitation. This is the invitation, okay? If something comes across your path this month that you're like, ooh, I'd really love to be a part of that, but no one's like tapping you on the shoulder to be a part of it. This is your invitation to go ahead and like you, you can now raise your hand. You can now tap them on the shoulder and say, Hey, room for one more. Okay, cool. Um, the other interpretation of this, if you are already resonating with being in that three of cups energy, feeling like you are doing the things you want to do and participating in the things you want to participate in, and trying the things that you want to try, um taking up space in the spaces you want to go, etc. And you're really resonating with that three of cups energy, then this message is saying that you being in that energy is where invitations can more easily find you, where things can more easily come into alignment for you. Because when you're in that three of cups energy, it's three of cups is kind of it's kind of like the energy of a party, right? Like whether or not you're physically at a party, it's that energy of like, I'm having so much fun in the present moment, no place I'd rather be. I'm so emotionally full and loving it. It's like when you're in that energy, you are so in the present moment. You are so tapped into your joy, and that level of presence is how the things that are for you can find you.

SPEAKER_01Permission to put yourself out there.
SPEAKER_00Love that.
SPEAKER_01So, next I opened it up to see who or what wanted to give us a message, and the first thing came through so strong, the throat. The throat. There's something, the throat chakra, your throat chakra, I guess, has a message for you. And I pulled the hanged man. Oh, the hanged man is like, okay, so if August's energy is around, you know, visibility recognition. It may be expansion in that area of your life. There may be this subconscious reaction where it's like, oh, okay, if that's the case, if more people are able to see me and hear me, I need to start, you know, really paying attention to what I'm saying. I need to start filtering. I need to start controlling. And the hanged man, I think, is coming through to say, like, actually, like, you got this far because you were surrendered. Because you allowed the things that wanted to be conveyed and communicated through you to be communicated through you. And it would be remiss of you to start to start trying to strategize and manage that in a different way now. It's like part of this message is like stay surrendered, stay open, stay a vessel of your authenticity and intuition and creativity.
SPEAKER_00Don't start trying to manipulate it now.
SPEAKER_01It may be the gut reaction thing to do, but this is coming through to say, don't do that. Okay, the other thing I'm getting with this message is like I do feel like there is a specific message that each of us is ready to receive from ourselves. And um, I mean, it's different for all of us, but like with the hanged man, the message coming through is that we need to allow ourselves to be where we are, create some space and silence to receive what that thing is. Not necessarily trying to receive the message, but just creating time and space for that thing to come through. Cool. Okay. Um, after that, the third I wanted to give us a message, Eight of Pentacles. It's working. That was the first thing I heard. It's working. With the Eight of Pentacles, it's like it's this energy of you and your craft, you and the thing that you're creating, and just kind of being in the flow state of creating that thing. Losing yourself in it, not in a bad way, but just like losing track of time. You're just so, you're just, yeah, it's just you're in the flow state, which is really nice. Um, but the third, I wanted to give a message about something that like you're not seeing with your two eyes alone. And with the Eight of Pentacles, the message I was getting from this is that from your two-eye perspective, what you can see at this point is all the work that you've been putting in. And maybe that's all you've been able to see is just how much work you've been able to do to further this thing along. And the third eye wants you to know that at this point, what you haven't been able to see is how all the work you have been doing is actually also working for you. Maybe you haven't been able to see that yet, but you will, is what your third eye wants you to know. Your third eye wants you to know that you're even perceiving the work you've done as this very physical, like I made eight pentacles, right? Like a very physical, this is the output I have. But what you're not seeing is all of the energetic momentum you have put into place through creating and mastering your craft in the way you've been doing it, the energy with which you've been able to do it. And that's kind of everything. It's like the level of just devotion you have put into the work and the level of consistency, the level of trust. Like not everyone, it's like anyone can make eight pentacles, and that's fine. But it's like some people are making eight pentacles out of the energy of, I feel like I have to do this. They're doing it out of the energy of scarcity, they're doing it out of the energy of like there's no inspiration there, there's no creativity there, there's there's no authenticity, there's no them in what it is they're creating. But the way you've been doing your work, it's full of those things. It's full of those things. And because it's full of those things, your third eye is like you maybe haven't been able to see it yet, or you haven't been able to see it to the fullest extent. How you creating in that way and mastering your craft in that way is working for you as well. You are working on it, but it is also working for you. And so if you haven't been able to see it, you will be able to see it. It's also like, um whoa, okay. This is a okay. Does anyone know this movie called I think Facing the Giants? This is a movie from when I was a kid. It's a super Christian movie, I think. But it's a it's like a football um, it's a football, high school football movie, like Cinderella story, David and Goliath kind of story. And um yeah, this team that just like is historically bad at football, and this coach that historically never wins, and you know, how faith and whatnot gets them to the championship. And spoiler alert, they win and all the things. Do they win? I actually don't remember. I think they do. But um, there's a part in this movie where this guy, like, I don't know, they're doing some sort of drill, and there's this guy on the football team who I think's kind of a smart ass, and he's like, We, oh, we can't do that. That's impossible. Or I don't know, something like that. And the coach is like, well, not only are you gonna do it, you're gonna do it blindfolded. And it's basically like a bear crawl with someone on his back, and the coach is like, you're gonna go to the 50-yard line. Maybe he's getting a punishment, I think. I don't really remember. But the point is, the coach is like, you're gonna go to the 50-yard line and you're gonna do it blindfolded. And the guy's like, What the heck? Like, that's like, no. Anyway, he starts doing it. The coach is with him every step of the way, like motivating him and being like, you know, you got this, blah, blah, blah. I'm telling the story so horribly. But basically, the guy's like, oh my God, it hurts. And the coach is like, keep going, keep going, and you can do it. And the guy's like, you know, he's really, again, the grit, the determination, he doesn't give up. He goes. And then by the time he's finished, the coach is like, all right, you made it, you can stop now and take off your blindfold. And not only did he make it to the 50-yard line, he's in the other, he's in the end zone at the other end of the field. And so it's like, you, okay, the whole point of this with the Eight of Pentacles. There's something about like, and because you've been so engrossed in your work, you may be sitting here thinking that you, okay. I started this message right with like the whole, like, what you can see is how much work you've put in. But part of me is even like, because you've been so engrossed in it, like, I don't even think you fully see how much work you've put in. Kind of like if someone was like, oh my gosh, you've been in there for a while. Like, how long do you think you've been working? And they're like, oh, I don't know, like eight hours, nine hours. And they're like, it's been two days. It's it's like, wait, what? It's like, yeah, you've just been so deeply engrossed in what it is you've been doing that like you actually don't even know the production of what you've created. Like you think you've made eight pentacles, turns out you've made 80. Like you've just been so lost in the sauce of what it is you're doing that you didn't even realize, like, oh shit. Like, I yeah. Okay. Then lastly, we got a message from the heart chakra. Ace of Pentacles. Oh, I love this message too. So let me tell you the story about how the Ace of Pentacles introduced itself to me because that is the message with this. Firstly, let me just say what this is is an opportunity. There's some kind of opportunity making itself available for us in this month of August. And the reason the heart is even letting us know this is because it might be really sweet. It might have that energy of too good to be true, right? And the Seven of Pentacles, or sorry, the Seven of Swords energy might be like, oh my gosh, are we sure we're ready for this? Are we sure we're whatever, whatever? And your heart is just letting you know, it's giving you a heads up that this thing is gonna make itself available so that when it does, you don't have to second guess it. You don't have to second guess it, and you don't have to second guess yourself. It's literally giving you the heads up so that you are ready to say yes. Okay, but the story with the ace of pentacles. So in this card, the perspective is you're in this garden, and the god hand is coming through with a a pentacle, the coin, and through the garden gate, you can see mountains in the distance. Which to me represents the journey you had to overcome to even be standing in the garden right now. And you know, mountains um can represent, you know, just challenges, you know, challenges and rough terrain that we had to travel in order to get where we're standing. And the way this card, the story this card gave me was like a lot of times we are in a situation we don't want to be in, or we are, you know, navigating circumstances, we'd rather just not be a thing. And we might be sitting in said circumstances just thinking, like, if I just had an opportunity, if life just gave me the seed of an opportunity, then I could just take it to the garden and plant it, and then life could be so different. And you know, sometimes it doesn't work that way. Sometimes life makes us get up and go to the garden before we even have a seed. Because it's once we get to the garden that life will hand us exactly what it is. We're ready to receive and to plant and to tend to and to grow. But we don't get that seed, we don't get that ace of pentacles until we are in the garden. Which for a lot of people can feel counterintuitive. For a lot of people, they're like, Well, I don't want to go to the garden, I don't want to put in all that work, I don't want to go on that journey if I don't have the opportunity already in front of me. Like, how do I know there's gonna be an opportunity? If I go through all that, there's gonna be an opportunity for me at the end of the day. Well, wherever you are, whatever it is you've done, you've been on that journey, and you are standing in the garden, which is why this opportunity is coming to you and why it can find you. Life is really wise. And it wants us to know that, like, you know, sometimes we think we want the opportunity, and if we had the opportunity, then we would move. But it's like if life gave us the opportunity, we would still have to go on the journey to the garden. And if you're climbing mountains and shit, like, heaven forbid you drop the seed along the way. Heaven forbid you need two hands to do something. And now what are you gonna do? You can't hold the opportunity and go on the journey at the same time, you know? So, anyway, there's no work to be done here. All that's left to do is receive, but life is giving you an opportunity. There's an opportunity available in August, and your heart just wants you to stay open to receive it. And again, it's giving you this heads up so that when it comes, you know, you know what to do. Okay. So that's everything that wanted to give us a message. We have two more prompts to go. First, unexpected magic. Okay, you guys. I'm gonna need you to really I know you always have on your discernment hat, but I'm gonna really need you to make sure it's it's on and it's secure.
SPEAKER_00Because this message is yeah. Unexpected magic. Five of Pentacles. Okay.
SPEAKER_01There is unexpected magic somewhere in your life, in an area of your life where you may have been feeling like things are scarce or tight, anywhere where there is lack energy in a certain area of your life, or anywhere where you feel like you have been left hanging out to dry in a certain area of your life, anywhere where you just feel like the physical resources have just not been what you feel like you've needed them to be. There is unexpected magic in that area of your life. Okay. Five of Pentacles has an interesting message, and this is a message I've channeled one other time, and it's coming up to be shared for this unexpected magic prompt as well. So in the Five of Pentacles, you have these two people who are, I mean, they're down pretty bad. One of them's on crutches, their clothes are very tattered, they their their legs look like they are pretty beaten up. They look like they have been maybe going without for some time. And to make matters worse, it's snowing outside, they don't really have shoes on, it's just not an ideal situation. And right behind them, right next to them, is a church. And the way this card is typically read, and I'm not arguing with it, I'm just the way this card is typically read is that, you know, there's somewhere in your life where you're feeling left out to dry, but like, oh, don't these people know there is a church right there? They could go inside and get warm and probably have a nice meal right now. But it's like they're they're not even realizing there's a church right next to them, or they're refusing to acknowledge the fact that like they could have safety and sanctuary right now. Okay. Again, I'm not saying bad or wrong. I'm saying that's not the message that's coming through around this this time. In this case, these two people are very incredibly aware that there is a church right next to them. Okay? They have been out in the cold for a very long time. They've been traveling, they've been walking for a very long time. They probably saw the church long before it was right next to them. It's probably what got them walking in this direction, perhaps. But um they're they're choosing, there's an element of choice here. They're choosing not to go in the church, they're not ignoring the fact that it's available for them. In fact, they're very aware that the logical thing to do in this situation would be to get out of the cold and to go into the church. So then why aren't they? And the message that I'm getting is that intuitively they are being beckoned to keep going. Yes, there is a church right here. Yes, there is a quick fix, easy solution right here. Yes, there is something available to them right here. And honestly, you know, it gets to a point. And if it is too unbearable, if they really physically cannot keep going, then by all means, they should go in the church and get warm. And they can and they would, period. But the message I'm getting with this is that the reason that they are choosing to keep going, even though there's a church right there, is because and the birds are back. Okay. It's because intuitively they are being guided to keep going. Intuitively, they are being clued into the fact that if they can just keep going a tiny bit further, there is something better for them up ahead. There is something more sustainable for them up ahead. And that's why they're still outside in the cold. That's why they are seeing the church and walking right by it. And so the message with the Five of Pentacles is there may be some area in your life where things have felt physically not ideal, where you may be feeling like again, lack or scarcity. Or you might not be, sorry, you might not even be feeling that way. It just might look that way, right? It's like on the surface, it looks like things really aren't going great. And we'll say, like, if this is, you know, financially, you may be on this journey where you have been like pouring all of your energy and attention and effort into your business and doing so confidently, and really just like going all in on your work. And financially, it may not be bearing fruit yet. And so on the surface, you know, your money situation might look one way. It might look really tight, and it might actually like it, and it is, right? It might be very tight. And in this example, the equivalent to the church might be you know that there is a job that you could go get, right? Like maybe you know someone who's like, hey, like if you ever need a job, if you ever needed this, like just let me know. I'd be happy to get it for you. And so maybe you know that there is a church for you right there where you could go warm up, where you could go receive some consistent income, where you could pretty quickly change the financial story you've been enduring through your devotion to the business that you've gone all in on. And the message Five of Pentacles has is you could do that, okay, and you would not be wrong for it. You would not be like failing a test for it. There's there's nothing bad that would happen to you if you did that. And that's where I'm like, use your discernment, guys. I want to make it clear. Again, if you are at the end of your rope and you just cannot keep going this way, like the the everything you're feeling in your body is just too much. And like, I like if you moved forward, you would be moving forward out of like gripping fear. And anxiety and like paralyzed with what you know, use your discernment. Unexpected magic prompt is always kind of the energy of like extra credit. Okay. But anyway, there is unexpected magic if you have it within you to keep going. Obviously, this is going to apply to different people in different ways in different areas of life, different situations. But the gist of it is some area of your life might physically look like lack and scarcity. And there may be something that is, I don't want to call it the easy way out, but again, just the clear logical out to the situation. The certain, that's what I'll call it. The certain out. And the message the Five of Pentacles has is there's unexpected magic. If you keep going, keep following your intuition further more deeply into uncertainty. There's unexpected magic if you can do that.

SPEAKER_01Lastly, final message is the Ten of Swords. I love that. I love that. The final message is that any of those fear-based mindsets that are trying to like hang on for dear life, it's like they're not going to be able to survive August. Any of those seven of swords, fear-based concerns that are just kind of remnants of past fears that you would have had.
